Program Certification Process
Several of our training programs offer in-house certification. The certification cost includes a license to the organization to deliver the training in-house as well as a certification for an individual. The license for the training program rests with the organization, so certified facilitators who change employers must obtain a license for the new organization.
Two Ways to Get Certified
On-Site Certification
A Red Tree Senior Consultant can come to your location and deliver an on-site certification to one or more of your in-house trainers. It's a great way to see the program and become an expert in a short amount of time. On-site certification is ideal for companies certifying multiple trainers.
Phone Certification
Phone certification is perfect for organizations who would like to get started right away or for organizations with only one or two trainers who need to be certified. Phone certification requires a little more homework for the trainer, but also provides ongoing phone coaching.
