Red Tree Leadership Announces the launch of Management Essentials

OREM, Utah – August 7, 2009 – Training and development company Red Tree Leadership announced today the launch of their newest training and development program called Management Essentials.

This latest program from Red Tree focuses on a growing segment in the knowledge economy – good employees who have been promoted to management but are unprepared to be managers.  In these turbulent business times, it is more crucial than ever for both new and seasoned managers to strengthen the fundamental skills of managing other people.
